Open Question: Who I can vote for? (College homecoming) and Survey.?

There are three people who running for homecoming and I don't know who would I vote for. 1. He is my friend; live in same dorm. He is part of Track & Field. 2. He is my friend, have same major; design as mine. And he is... well.... act as homosexual. 3. She is not my friend but we sometime look at each other when we pass each other. I kinda like her...
