Open Question: How can I lose weight?

Okay, so i'm a 15 years old girl, i join track & field & i take pe at school. I exercise everyday in the morning, & some days at night. I'm not that tall -.- im like 5'2' really short. I exercise alot, like really.. the thing is I eat alot >.< i'm asian so i eat alot of rice.. anyone know how i can lower my eating portions. i'm a busy person, so i get lazy really fast to actually cook something. My waist line is 28 & my hip/butt part is like 32. i know it's not something someone like me should be having a problem about, but it's not so bad to actually ask right? i weigh about 130 -.- i'm a runner so i got those leg muscles. i just want to know how i can reduce my eating, pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaassseee, my thighs are big like big -.- i used to be skinny but i just got this habit of eating. & sometimes i think that it's because my eating makes alot of fats and then when i run my fats turn to muscles -.- i don't like it....
