Open Question: about my bike racing career?please read?

I had been racing much on my bicycle for about a year and now for 2 years i have been racing on scooter and winning almost every.Now i am racing on my bike here in india,just street racing not actually a street race it is a kinda circuit race on a highway,abandoned of course,i have learned from pro.s how to turn at high speed how to counter steer,I had passion for racing since i was 9,year when i started racing.BTW i'm in india .now i'm thinking to go to chennai for race on tracks,I had been thinking for motogp but i know they're real pros started racing at 5. well my plan is that i'll go to chennai ,win some competitions there then surely some company would want me to racing on their part so they will hire me to another country may be,and i might lift up in the field.my question is how much the racing at chennai will cost me ,please give me a good report,Does it requires much money? I KNOW NOTHING IS CHEAPER IN MOTORSPORTS,BUT I WONT LET MY PASSION GO AWAY WITHOUT EVEN A TRYMOTORSPORT IS NOT JUST THE FIELD FOR RICH,WHO KNOWS NEXT ROSSI IS WITHIN YOURSELF, please mention what kind of qualifications although, i am 16 years now so i can have a gear license,may be i will go to madras for learning racing please write in detail,thanks again for appreciating my talent although the motogp is out of my reach but i race for my passion not for getting famous,I RACE TO WIN.... yup u r right wiggysan, May be i would try to get some country where motor sport is popular ,i am pretty aware of things as when i was 9 ii used to race on bicycles every day,then i raced on scooters,which gave me more experience,now riding and racing on bike has given me even more thrill and experience,when i lose i try to learn something skill full from the person and that has made all the difference moreover i don't have license for riding a bike,but thanks for taking interest,the biggest problem is to tell and make my mom dad agree to let me race,if the don't then i'll ahve to go to college ,earn and then i would have to race....
